Vineyard management | Chablis-style Guyot pruning, with a density of 5500 vines per hectare, controlled grassing among the vines. |
The vineyard | 10 ares: with 25-year-old vines |
Tasting | Pleasant and well balanced. Harmonious with a nice nose of fresh fruits. A powerful and concentrated palate brings freshness. |
Gastronomy | It is best paired with fish either grilled or in sauce. Also can be enjoyed with poultry. |
Keeps | 3 to 10 years. |
Serving temperature | 15 to 18°C. |
