Appellation Controlled Appellation of Origin (AOC). Our magnums are entirely handmade. From bottling to packaging
grape variety 100% Sauvignon Gris.
Vinification Aging for 12 months in oak barrels, bottled by the estate.
Vineyard management Simple Guyot pruning, with a density of 7,500 hectares, controlled grassing, green harvest 30 days before harvest.
The vineyard 0.25 Hectares: with 15 years old vines.
Tasting A generous and elegant wine. The colour is slightly golden. The intense nose reveals aromas of passion fruit, which are also found on the palate, accompanied by a very nice roundness. A very fine exercise in winemaking.
Gastronomy It will accompany exotic dishes, oysters or scallops.
Keeps 3 to 15 years.
