The vineyard 3 Hectares: with vines on average between 25 to 35 years old.
Tasting Golden yellow color, fine and abundant bubbles, buttery aromas, dominant fruit nose, citrus freshness. Without aggressiveness, nice fullness.
Gastronomy A balanced wine to serve from aperitif to dessert.
Keeps 1 to 3 years.
